most girls wont buy this type of nail polish because it can be considered too "loud"
personally I LOVE neon nails and think they can look great with most girly outfits.
My fav set of neon polish is from nails inc. available at Sephora. They are $9.50 each (I know.... pretty expensive ) but they look AMAZING!!
